Giant Lantern Kit 4PK

“Create striking ornamental lanterns with this Giant Lantern Kit. These self-assemble paper lanterns feature cut-out patterns which can be left plain or decorated with the included tissue paper for stain glass effects. The black lantern bases come in a range of sizes and designs. They can also be cut to resize.

This kit includes

• Assorted sizes: 13.5 – 23cm

• Assorted designs: square and round

• 4 lanterns (pre-cut)

• 4 designs (lanterns can be cut if required)

• Includes tissue paper

You need: glue cotton string or ribbon a pencil.

Instructions:

1. Push out the loose pieces from the black card

2. Choose a sheet of colour tissue paper

3. Place the tissue under a hole of the lantern

4. Lightly draw around the edge of the lantern hold with a pencil

5. Cut out the shape allowing a little extra tissue for gluing to the lantern

6. Glue the shape on the underside of the lantern

7. Cover up all the holes in the same way

8. Glue the ends of the lantern together and hang up with a piece of string.

NB: do not hang and display lantern near any source of heat or open flame. Keep away from candles.
